Samsung KX Welcomes UK Government Minister for Trade

On 17th November, Samsung KX welcomed the UK Government’s Minister for Trade, Penny Mordaunt MP, as she met with Francis Chun, President and CEO of Samsung Electronics UK, to continue the strong, positive relationship between the UK and Samsung. The Minister, who is responsible for the UK’s trading relations with other countries, enjoyed a tour around Samsung KX including a hands-on experience with key innovative products such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 and Frame TV alongside exploring the 5G bus and gaming area.  She also saw some of the special activities that take place at the venue, which demonstrate Samsung’s role in helping the community in London.

Samsung KX is an experience space in Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross London, where visitors can enjoy the latest in culture and innovation, powered by Samsung technology. The space is designed to give guests the ultimate brand experience; it is a place where people are invited to discover, interact with, and learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Director of Government and External Relations, Aleyne Johnson commented: “We greatly appreciate the time that the Minister dedicated to visit Samsung KX to see how we’re working to help the local community, learn about our role in the UK and to experience our latest products.”
