Samsung KX welcomes guests for IBDE reception

LONDON, United Kingdom – March 24, 2023 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd hosted the International Business and Diplomatic (IBDE) VIP Business and Diplomatic reception in central London.

The event, which marked the final day of the IBDE’s Annual Conference 2023, brought together leading foreign dignitaries, ambassadors, members of the British Government, and senior business leaders in attendance at Samsung KX, the brand’s flagship venue in King’s Cross.

Guests who gathered at the reception included Ambassadorial representatives from Azerbaijan, Croatia, Egypt, France, Germany and the USA as well as Ministers and senior representatives from Slovenia, Luxembourg, Japan and Brazil, with many other senior industry leaders from sectors including innovation, investment and technology sectors also in attendance.

The Rt Hon Anne-Marie Trevelyan, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, addressed the guests at the reception, alongside Sir Roger-Carr as a member of the IBDE and they were both welcomed to Samsung KX by Director of Government and External Relations, Aleyne Johnson.

“The IBDE would like to thank attendees at today’s reception which was a fitting way to end an exciting week of events as part of our Annual Conference. We welcomed over 100 representatives from Government, Embassies and businesses who came together to share ideas on international business issues” said Rudi G Guraziu, Chief Executive of the IBDE.
