I got this as a gift and i like it is can get slow when you use intense apps but its fine.I recommend it.
That is no exaggeration... I bought this phone about 2 months ago after my old one broke on a work trip in Sri Lanka. There is no smooth flow with this phone. Pressing anything is more of a (barely) controlled stutter, apps open randomly, and forget about any multitasking... absolutely impossible. The entire 2 months I had it, using my phone was absolute hell, and I even had to warn both friends and work that I may not be able to answer calls immediately because I might have to wait for it to unfreeze and call back. As if that isn't enough, the reason I got rid of it.... IT LIT ON FIRE. Seriously, after 2 months of normal used, it literally burst into flames on my work table. The day before, it was smoking out the port when I went to charge, but I changed the cable and it ran normal... the day after, I put it on to charge at work and got coffee. When I returned, it was on fire at my table. Honestly, I'm more relieved than anything else now. This phone was a nightmare

i bought this phone on march. i was so excited that i would join others on tik tok until i found out that the video quality for this phone is very bad on second party apps like also instagram. but other than that the battery life is amzing .

I bought this phone in the fall of 2021.I have been experiencing bad performance since then.The phone hangs a lot especially when I open youtube.I didn't havd such an experience with my previous devices like Huawei Y5P.The only reason I sold that device was because I couldn't install google apps and that didn't have a google play store either which was a big deal for me.But I would say that performance wise,Huawei smartphones are much better than Samsung ones.I would suggest the company to fix this issue as it's really frustrating when the phone stucks and hangs while you're using the app.The camera quality isn't that good either and it doesn't justify the price customer pays.Please improve camera quality as well.

I give it a 3 star because the camera sucks! I watch a lot of video's (YT), the quality is pretty good. It's better than I thought it would be for the price.

saya beli phone ini masa PDPR hari itu... utk game ? disyorkan sebab ram dia kecil dan tak smooth. asyik jem masa main game. camera ? sebab camera dia buruk. saya guna filter instagram je selalu. tiada samsung music, tiada fingerprint. tapi kalau untuk study dan melayari medis sosial, okey je.
