Reviews SM-N960F

Best mobile experience ever.

I've been a samsung user since early days, I switched from BlackBerry and found the galaxy so much easier to use, I've loved seeing the company grow through the years and using there mobile range. I'm currently using the note 9 and will be upgrading as soon as possible to the note 20. As a phone the note 9 is everything you could need and more! From gaming to emails, working from home is so much easier, its a great size for typing emails or doing spreadsheets, and when relaxing is perfect for gaming or just listening to music. I'm married with 4 kids and the whole family have a samsung, my wife has an s10 ultra, and my kids use the galaxy A series, we would never use any other devices. We have 4 samsung TVs a samsung fridge/freezer, washing machine and we all own wearables. Thank you Samsung for providing my family with everything we need.

Splendid

The only phone I would never wanted to change and I would never change it for as long as it will be around

I couldn't ask for a better phone :)

**i'm writing this review after three years of usage** i honestly don't have anything negative to say about this phone. it has a headphone jack. if you're contemplating the note 9 at all, just go all in. i highly doubt you'll regret it. this was the first samsung phone i've owned and i hype it up at every chance i get. 90% of my friends own iphones and keep me out of the imessage groups but i still chose to upgrade to the note 20 ultra because the note series is so beast. i suppose the only thing i can ask for is to allow some cross platform with apple message so i can be a part of their group chats. i mean if sony and microsoft can come together to make fortnite 9yr-olds happy, can samsung and apple make it a reality? anyway, thanks for the lovely phone techies!

Power-packed in a single device

I bought this device back in 2019 and is still better than the latest smartphone; both performance and look vise

I loved i m using last 3 years

when i m alive until i will use the phone and Samsung brands

Yeah my fone having great features except only tw,

One and half year back When few applications are on in the background, phone slows down.

Smashed

Dropped it and it smashed other than that great phone to much money

Best phone ever

This handset is the best device i've ever bought. I've used many devices from various top manufactures over the years, however, if and when the time comes to change it, I will find it difficult to replace with anything else.

Just amazing

It doesn't feel possible to overstate how impressed I've been with my Note 9 (single SIM, 512GB)over the last two and a bit years. It lives in a Samsung "protective standing case", without a screen protector, and remains spotless. So, after two years and looking at its short comings in the light of the current #20 range, we come across the main problem... I have no reason to replace it... The increased display refresh rate is the only thing I'm envious of. I expect that the next generation of Notes will have wireless DEX functionality and at that point I'll say good bye. Until then, this phone is akin third hand

Great phone; please to be back with Samsung

Very pleased with my Note9. I knew the Note10 was due to be released and even so I don't regret not getting the 10. It's very easy to use. It feels a solid phone. The camera is amazing. I would recommend this phone +++. Previous Apple user. Their phones are fast becoming yawn yawn yawn. Always something new, exciting and better with Samsung.

Note9

Just dont read the negative reviews. Some people are never satisfied with their purchase. I do strongly recommend the Note9!

Love this phone!

with all its bells and whistles...i can't put it down.... there's nothing i can't do with it.

Ok so basically I'm monkey

Its amazing. Probably the best product I've bought

Do Not Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this as a replacement for my note 5 which i enjoyed until it abruptly failed to turn on one day. tried replacing the battery to no avail so i replaced it with the note 9. i loved this phone until after owning it for 1 year and 2 weeks. while using my phone today the screen abruptly dimmed/faded and took on a green hue. it is functional but it’s terribly ugly and puts a strain on the eyes. i will never buy another samsung phone again

S Pen makes it stand out

Just bought the phone, what an upgrade from the s7 edge, Screen size although on the big side i prefer it, when watching videos and playing games as well as for social media and everyhting in between it a lot crisper. The refresh rate is a massive upgrade and this shows when switching between apps. By far the S Pen is the the best feature in my opinion, you can unmount the pen and straight away be able to make notes on the screen, perfect for the occasion when you need to make a quick note without the hassle of finding a pen and paper, not only that it cones with a drawing feature that you can free hand draw on a blank cancas with a responsive and life like drawing effect and become a virtual artist. Battery is a good bonus too, that been said i was using a pretty battered and worn out s7 edge, and by 3pm on a normal day i would need to charge my phone where as now, same usage and same kind of apps been used, as well as extra with me exploring the note 9 im at 70% battery without powersave on so im pretty happy with how it maintains battery. Im on a contract as well, and for the ammount the phone cost and with the contract i have got with EE i would say its amazing value for money
