Samsung Canada Recognized as One of Canada’s Best Places to Work

Samsung Canada named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for ninth year running

 

For the ninth year in a row, Samsung Canada is proud to announce their recognition as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. The annual competition, published in a special edition of the Globe and Mail, recognizes employers that offer exceptional human resources programs and forward-thinking workplace policies.

Samsung was recognized as one of Canada’s best places to work through its commitment to employee well-being  and robust training and skills development opportunities.

Examples of ways Samsung continues to build a strong culture for its people include:

• Four new dedicated meeting free days for learning in each calendar year, with the most recent learning day hosting over 300 employees across 16 events
• Increased mental health benefits to support employees’ well-being
• Dedicated Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization

This recognition follows Samsung’s recognition as one of both Canada’s and the World’s Best Employers by Forbes in 2023.
