Samsung India Welcomes Top Talent from Leading B-Schools to its Management Trainee Program

Twenty-Two young graduates have begun their corporate innings as management trainees at Samsung India. For all of them, it’s their first corporate job.

In this exciting development for Samsung India, the group of exceptional management trainees have joined under the STEP program. Samsung’s STEP (Samsung Talent Enablement Program) is an initiative aimed at fostering talent development within the company. It involves various training programs, mentorship opportunities, skill-building workshops, and career development resources to empower employees and enhance their professional growth within Samsung.

The Management Trainee Program at Samsung has long been revered for its comprehensive curriculum, hands-on experience, and mentorship opportunities. This year, the program welcomes graduates from 12 top-tier business schools – IIM Calcutta, IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi, Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli, JBIMS, Mumbai, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, MICA, Ahmedabad, NMIMS, Mumbai, SIBM, PUNE, XLRI, MICA, Ahmedabad, further elevating its reputation as a coveted destination for promising talent.

Among the new recruits are Suraj Shinde from, a graduate from IIM Calcutta, and Jaysher Kadyan, an alumna of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. Both Surah and Jaysher shared their excitement about joining Samsung and embarking on this transformative journey.
