[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not fault this phone, better or as good as the expensive ones.
The phone was easy to set up from my old Samsung phone. Good features including a good camera, both front and back. The speakers on the phone are good too especially while watching Netflix on it. The phone starts up fast and the battery lasts me for at least couple of days without charging. I've used S series until now but this phone waa a great start for my A series journey. Great value for money.
Great phone that isnt too expensive and has all the features a more expensive one has
Got talked into a Nokia 8.3 (great phone) but it didn't dual SIM with memory card so was given this galaxy a72 instead. It too only has a hybrid SIM and no E SIM capability. Has all the Samsung bloat and generally disappointing to use. Not worth the money compared to the motto g 5g that I should have waited to get in the first place. This will be my second and last Samsung phone.
Now days all mobile phones are futured, in a72, there is no proper network coverage, at the same place oneplus working well, and a72 speaker receiver is not good oneplus doing well, I am a samsung lover, so I replaced oneplus CE 5G, within 15 days , but I feel very bad due to poor network coverage, poor receiver, samsung need to correct it please
I bought this phone 1 month ago all features is best but I'm not satisfied with camera result and battery so please improve both features....
I love Samsung, have allways had a samsung phone but the A72 leaves a lot to desire. I only got the phone a short while and it's performance is shocking, it is like it is a inferior phone. I keep getting missed calls, no notification for messages etc. I actually contacted Samsung about this and got nowhere so I have reverted to my old reliable S9. I tried everhything to get it to work but to no avail. Do not buy this phone!
Worst phone I have ever had, constantly missing calls because it lowers the volume on its own, locks it’s self out when trying to log into some sites, I will not be buying another Samsung product.
I previously owned a S9, and needed a new phone. The A72 isnt superior. On par in features which was disappointing. I used to have good coverage, but it struggled. Photos were alright. But then 5 days before I hit a year of owning. I started having charging "moisture/debris" issues every day. Took it to a phone shop to check if they could see anything. To be told no, there is an issue with the port and would need to be changed out. I spoke to the shop I bought it from who informed me would need to be sent away for 6-8 weeks and I'd most likely have to pay for it to be repaired. Samsung told me I could take to preferred repair shop but again I'd lose the phone for 5 days for assessment and may have to pay for repairs if deemed my fault. I could charge luckily every 2nd day to manage as I need the phone for work. Also these don't have wireless charge, which made changing challenging too. Unfortunately I dropped it today. Not from a high distance and although the outside screen has a small corner crack it is completely stuffed. They aren't built like the proper original galaxy's.
After 3 months of purchase, the product gets hang and dead. Four times visited Samsung centre even changed motherboard and battery, but no use it still gets hang and dead. Waste of time. Mentally stress.
The camera is perfect. The phone itself is perfect. Well done Samsung.
I will buy it but bit problem for 90hz. It is the lite vedsion of s20 fe 4g. It has no 5g! No need 5g! Absolutely a great phone for me!

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE LAST NIGHT AND IM AMAZED BY THE PERFORMANCE. I KNOW ITS NOT A GAMING PHONE,,,, ONLY 1 THING THAT ANNOYS ME IS THE COLOR OF THE CHARGER ADAPTER AND CABLE, I PURCHASED AWESOME BLACK BUT THE ACCESORIES ARE WHITE.
Compare this phone to a Poco X3 pro that's got a better chipset and only cost around 5k and at a flagship level Samsung is way more expensive
