Best phone samsung ever made excellent vatery and prerformance
I always wanted this phone because of its beauty and characteristics. It is fast and respond really quickly to tasks due its 12Gb ram. The Camera is up to the premium standard, perfect . I really appreciate the battery strength given the processor and RAM, I really love it. I'd have preferred it to be slightly smaller like 6.6 inches. A part from that, it is the best you can have

I bought this NEW S21 Ultra in August 2023 based on reviews and extensive research via Google and YouTube and found a less then impressive camera (of which was boasted as a better option to newer versions of the samsung cellphones) the pictures are either blurry (even with stablization), and colours are off almost completely,then there's the heating up almost always as long as the phone is on and used whether it be for just normal social media or just taking pics or even just going through the phone, battery needs to be recharged every 2-3 hours because it goes flat as soon as you unlock the phone. Then there's the delays in operation and/or just simply freezing and shutting down apps that was being used. So I would recommend for you to comsider just staying away from the cellphone itself or the purchase thereof as it could be a manufacturing problem or it could be just the phone that I was sold is NOT exactly what it was, as advertised.
A really nice quick phone with decent battery life and a very good camera. I'd prefer it a tad smaller though.
This phone WAS... brilliant up until about 5 months ago the main camera developed a blurry image problem. It was still in warranty too but the to & from emailing for help meant the warranty ran out so now I'm left with the blurry camera issue that THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE are reporting too. I bought it purely FOR the once excellent camera. Now feel very let down
Camera stopped working and doesn't focus, need to last longer
Pictures are terrible. All pics are blurry, blurry and one more time bluurrryy. It is a known issue and Samsung hasn't done anything to fix it considering that is a 2 year old phone and not the cheapest. I tried every single piece of advice to sort it out didn't work at all !!!!
Over the past 2 years this phone was amazing, fast and with plenty of brilliant features!
Haven't had any issues with this phone, does what it says on the tin and more.... Camera is probably the best feature and I have taken so great photos using this phone.

Phones got a brilliant camera and works great when I'm at-home on my WiFi network but I don't know what has happened to the signal recently the phone and data signal seem to drop out regularly even after a restart it'll say 4G then rapidly drop to h+ and keep on losing signal strength it says 4G but won't load a page on Google chrome. 3 months ago I could set the phone up as a mobile hotspot and share my data but not now it seems to be a common issue when you do a Google on a WiFi network hopefully it'll get addressed in the next software update if that's the problem .Bottom line is it's the most expensive phone I've ever bought and if I can't find a fix it'll be the last Samsung product I ever buy
