It's OK. The main disappointment is that the finger print recognition doesn't work with a screen protector and the face recognition is hit n miss. Pity this was not thought of in the design. The camera is not as brilliant as the reviews. It's good but not exceptional
Amazing phone wish I could afford the s23 ultra as the s20 ultra is amazing I bet its insanely great
Its been a year now i have moved from iphone to Samsung. Bought my s20 ultra soley on camera but very disappointed with camera results maybe its just my phone specific. Plus when charging the phone it heats up very much sometimes. It scares me. Again maybe its just this one or maybe the rest of them experiencing same issues.
Excellent smartphone only problem is European models don't have Snapdragon CPU they are much better then Eyxnos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had zero issues with this phone! That's unheard of! Love the features, the camera, the size, the battery life, the sound, everything. Haven't found it to be lacking anything I loved from previously owned Galaxy S series phones except the headphone jack. Get one of these even in 2023, you won't regret it.

THIS PHONE STILL IS THE BEST QUALITY PICTURES, even compared to the s21 upgrade my phone literally blows away the newest version. IT'S A SAD DAY WHEN I FINALLY HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO MOVE ON

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this phone for about 2 yrs. Haven't had a single issue. Love the camera quality. Screen is very resistant to scratches and cracks. Wish I could upgrade but the phones are getting pricey. Keep up the good work Samsung.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone for two reasons, the camera and the integration of the s pen. Perfectly satisfied with both. However, two things keep it from being great. The first is battery life is sorely lacking. I didn't consider myself a power user but come on, Samsung. I expected better from a device that cost more than any other on the planet. The second thing is the removal of the additional memory slot. No reason for that one at all. Even though I was aware of it's absence prior to purchase, it still seems cheesy & stingy of Samsung to have taken away a feature that many of us depended on always being available to us. It's not like it could have cost anything in functionality or space, by any means. Bummer. Why take something AWAY from the flagship, tip top of the line device?? Not cool. Stinks of Apple trickery and proprietary wrangling. I've been a faithful Samsung customer for many years & kinda feel a little cheated on this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a faithful, loyal customer of the the Samsung Galaxy S series. By far, the S20 Ultra is my most favorable. I have never seen a phone with a better camera than the S20 Ultra. 128mp! The S20 Ultra has helped me acheive one of my most precious goals in photography by allowing me to capture outstandingly clear images of the moon. Everything else that comes with the S20 Ultra falls right into place. Ive been using the S20 Ultra for the past 2 years and my storage is just now getting full. I would love to upgrade to the S22 soon, but i will be fine hanging out in space with the S20 Ultra til i can. The only, one single little conflict, that i had with the S20 Ultra is the grip without a case. Be sure to invest in a good gripping protective case that gives all the way around protection. Without a case, the S20 Ultra will most likely jump right outta your hand And break your heart!

My new S20 Ultra is definitely the most complete and robust phone I've owned. The camera quality is amazing in all conditions and the battery life, especially when combined with the 45W fast charging, makes for an incredible reliability when it comes to usage time. The display is gorgeous and the 120Hz refresh rate really brings the user experience to a whole new level of smoothness.
