I am so disappointed, before buying the phone I had my high hopes and I was excited. I took it for repairs with charging issues 2 times in less than a year after buying it. The second it came back from repair the figure print was not working, and I had to book it in again. I wasted my money and im regretting every day My advice never go for this phone,
The updates for the UI surely takes time to be release or probably won't be release but I wouldn't recommend to purchase this phone due to software duration, please fix it

I bought this phone in the December of 2020 . I am happy with its performance till now. The available features of the phone are really useful and the periodic updates are also great.

Having used the samsung tab S4 and loved the functionality of S-Pen. Thus the target of getting a note series. the tabs4 have great battery life, great performance, great speakers Avoided the note 9, 10 and 20 as they are curve screened. so the only choice is note10lite The good: camera is decent with good sharpness, appreciated the wide angle and telephoto lens screen is awesomely good samsung oled. promised 3 year software update is icing on the cake! The bad: processor is poorly optimised or simply poor, heating up to 47c even for simple web browsing and using safemode. useful as a hand warmer though. speakerphone is on the soft side. The ugly: battery life is poor. i have not carried a powerbank around for many years until now. 3g/4g signal strength is poor too with less bars and dropped calls.
