We recommend that you back up your important data to keep it safe during the upgrade.
Some apps, including Calculator, Samsung Internet, Samsung Health and Samsung Notes, need to be updated individually after you update your OS.
Multi-line Settings will be removed from your device with this update. Visual Voicemail that was provided natively as part of this functionality has also been removed and your existing voicemails will be saved. To find out more information about this change, please read this Care page. The T-Mobile Visual Voicemail application is available on device and can be used to access new voicemails.
