Bought this 2 years ago. Buying a flagship phone i expected it to work smoothly for atleadt 2 years. It doesnt. The camera lags, the phone hangs, battery is very bad and the overall performance of the phone drops. Would not recommend this product or brand to anyone

Wow, Samsung has taken a downward plummet with this one. Plastic fantastic, no removable storage and a screen that's a step backwards from the Note 9! Definitely will be my last Samsung product
Bought the Note 20 Ultra to replace a Galaxy Note 10. The GN10 had excellent GPS support for tracking my location during work. Unfortunately the NEW Note 20 Ultra will not/not share the GPS location with any applications so I can not trace my location after each work day. Now during COVID19 the Covid exposure APPs can not help with warning if you are at risk for exposure from others around you. Want to know where family members are??? NOPE!! Want to hike trails or track exercise walks and runs?? NOPE!! Very disappointed in samsung for their lack of support or caring for customers and their health.
This is simply an all in one device. Large enough to read from, while viewing conference calls or even screen sharing is a breeze. The s-pen adds functionality for note taking or remote camera. A strong camera and at least on my snapdragon good performance and battery life.

Decided to have a change from the S Series as had the S9 plus, Always liked both phones as the years went by as time change, Only thing that is a little off putting is that from the S9 Plus all the phones have got less features as the Note 20 Ultra is a great device as it still has the SD card slot, But would have been better if they kept the LED notification light and the headphone jack, as the battery isn't bad as it really depends of what you use and watch on the device, and the latest phones seen to be more of like a standard kind as all they seem to change is the camera all the time, But if no note 21 ultra with no SD card slot built in, Sorry but will never buy a Samsung phone again until they bring back the SD card slot, as it seem is Samsung are loosing there crown as everything is now loosing it touch of style and specially it features,
The Galaxy Note20 is the BEST, anyone that want a device that is an office on the go...go for this phone.
Battery life is very bad. Highly Priced Stylus pen is very good.
I bought this a few days and I was met with great disappointment.
Even though I am a samsung user, this is definitely a big disappointment to me. The note 20 os not a good device especially when it comes to the sound. Video conferencing is a disaster! Also the sim card processor keeps shutting off. Worst experience ever!
Well upgraded from a Note 9 to the latest flagship samsung Note 20 ultra, very disappointed in the phone, although the features are good, the fingerprint sensor on the screen replaces the rear sensor on the note 9, doesn't always work and face recognition is hit and miss, battery life from the supposed all day battery is poor and roughly charging twice a day if using a lot, even though I dont play a lot of games or videos. Phone can lose nearly 10% battery overnight whilst doing nothing not connected to wifi etc. All in all very disappointed with this latest release from samsung
