Very slippery when holding, so I bought a case for it and i can hold it without any slipping. This tablet fills all my admin and gaming needs.

Vibrancy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this tablet is a step-up from my galaxy tab a. the first time i booted it up the screen proved to be a major improvement. it's clear and bright with vibrant colors. the sound reproduction is excellent. i had never before experienced surround sound from a tablet! i threw the saint-saens organ symphony at it and it was able to carry it off with aplomb. i really enjoy the fast charging and long battery life. it's one of the best improvements of recent designs. samsung has packed a lot of features into this sleek device. now that i have had a chance to work with it, i continue to be amazed at all of the customizations which are available. you can really configure it to your preferences and requirements. bravo samsung!

simply a great tablet

Have had this for several months now and still finding out things about using this tablet. Took it on my last trip (didn't bother with my laptop). Watched a couple movies (which I downloaded from Netflix) I'm amazed at the quality on the picture. Would like to have one in 12". Syncing with my phone is very handy.

Great tablet!

This is an upgrade to my 5 year old Tab S 10.5 which I love. It will be retired to a full time weather monitor. The tab S5e screen is gorgeous and the tab itself is fast and easy to use.

I love it

I really like this tablet. It's insanely thin, yet rigid. The audio Dolby Atmos audio is great - except for when you're holding the tablet. -When holding the tablet, it's easy for your hand to cover one of the four speakers. The display quality is fantastic. I do sometimes get weird system messages where the OS refers to the tablet as a "phone" (eye roll.) The battery life is phenomenal. It's definitely something that requires a screen protector and a sturdy case. I alternate between a Spigen rubber case, and the Samsung keyboard cover.

NO FLASH ON REAR CAMERA

i am dumb founded, that any device with a camera does not have a flash option. this device has a flash for the front camera, so you can make sure your selfie's are good but seriously no flash on the rear?? the camera takes good photos in bright areas, but don't expect good photos in the dark. very disappointed!!!! who thought you have to buy hi end model s6 & s7, just to have a flash option.

A little disappointed

A little disappointed. Didn't discover this product didn't have a port to plugin earbuds. Also, the on/off button is flush with the case, not raised like the media button. Do like the other features, especially the amount of storage. That keeps it rated 4 and not 3.

Great screen and overall experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love the screen! it is flawless. my only issue is that there is no headphone jack and that the processor is a little on the weak side. i knew what i was getting when i bought it though, so i can't complain much. overall, its a great budget tablet.

it's thinner and lighter than old tablet.

i can't see websites like i used to on very old tablet. view is distorted on a few websites, not to mention not being able to navigate certain websites. the audio settings are acting a little off too!

Decent tablet

I bought this to use for work but because it doesn’t have cellular service they wont allow knox mobile portal to be used.
