The samsung galaxy grand prime + has one major difficulty which is: when you are trying to save your stuff it does not have the function that asks you where you want to store ? sd or phone memory? It just saves automatically on phone memory. My sd card is just doing nothing. The phone memory is already full & nothing is going to sd card. I ve had the phone for18 months.

Outdated specs

This smartphone comes only with 8gb storage and 1.5gb RAM. So, you can't install more than 2 additional apps. Also it's running on Android 6.0.1 and outdated 2018 security patch. You can just use it for whatsapp and web browsing in addition to the default apps. Not at all a value for price product!
