Welcome to SamFirm. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://samfirm.shop website (the "Service") operated by SamFirm ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Firmware and Software Downloads

Our Service provides access to official Samsung firmware and related tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Official Origin: All firmware provided through the Service is fetched from official sources. However, we are not an official representative of Samsung Electronics.
  • No Modifications: We provide files "as-is" without any modifications.
  • Risk Acknowledgment: Flashing, rooting, or modifying mobile device software involves significant risks. This may include voiding your warranty or permanently damaging ("bricking") your device.

3. Payments, Pricing and Refunds

Free downloads

Downloading files requires a free account. Without a purchase, a registered user can download up to 1 file per 30 days, and only firmware marked as free. Free downloads may be slower and pages may show ads.

Paid download packs

  • We sell packs of paid downloads. Each pack adds a fixed number of downloads to Your account, as shown on the Premium page.
  • While You have paid downloads left, You can download any firmware from the full archive, files of any size, at high speed and without ads. Each firmware download uses one paid download.
  • Paid downloads do not expire, and new packs add up. Premium benefits apply only while You have paid downloads left. When they run out, the free limits and ads apply again.
  • Bonus downloads granted for free (for example, through the referral program or promotions) have no cash value.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on the Premium page before checkout, in the currency displayed next to each price. The amount You pay is the price shown for the selected pack.
  • Each purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals: You are charged only when You choose to buy a pack, so there is nothing to cancel.
  • Payments are handled by third-party payment processors on their own checkout pages. We do not store full payment card details. Downloads are added to Your account after the payment processor confirms the payment.

Refunds

Paid download packs are digital content and services delivered immediately after payment, and purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If You have a billing problem (for example, You were charged but the purchase was not credited to Your account), please contact us at [email protected] with the email of Your account and the order details, and we will review it.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: In no event shall SamFirm, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, device malfunction, "bricked" devices, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service;
  • Any firmware flashed using files downloaded from this Website;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SamFirm and its licensors. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Our Service is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by Samsung.

7. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SamFirm. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
