Used this phone for 18 months, no hassles. Suddenly the phone stops working and keeps itself at start logo page. No movement. Later came to know that the IC powering the ram gets overloaded which by the way should be classified as a manufacturing defect. All phones with such defect should be recalled and hauled over. Please consider making a better architecture next time
i have this phone for more than 2 years, I'm very happy with it... battery is good, I love the position of the fingerprint reader, fast enough for me, nice pictures.... I'll buy again the model if it will still exist .
Actually this product is good in some aspects. Mostly it won't connects to the network.
My phone is dead... after 2 year. Reason of dead software update *ICU dead *Camara quality very bad *Display LED s over lighted
Had this phone for over a year Love the battery length last forever Only one downside I did break the screen but it wasn't yo bad to replace it
I bought Samsung M31 about 1 year ago never fall it never water damage nothing suddenly it got stuck on Android page at start I tried reboot n all nothing worked gave to mobile shop and he said I have got 50 mobile for same problem this happen with all M series now he is saying to change IC or motherboard which will cost atleast 6k this is not a good brand don't trust it worst experience with just 1 year old phone my one month salary got waste
I bought it an 1.5year ago,now it is restaring again and again, very disappointed, don't know what to do
There is no s note here and there is no call recording and also no notification light
I am so happy to see M31 . I Couldn't buy it yet. But I will buy it soon because I compared it with so many products. I think this is brilliant
It's been two years since I bought this phone. I haven't once faced any issues with my phone. Everything is good in this, especially the image quality is really good compared to any other android phones. Samsung should have used a premium design for this phone and of course this phone deserves a better look

Never buy M series easily will face display and motherboard complaints. The brand quality has been changed year on year.
Worst build quality, phone restarted and stuck on logo screen, gone in endless restart loop. Very high price of device parts charging in service centers. Now a days its a trend, replace the part but don't repair it in across all the service centers. I want to give zero rating on this product but due to restriction, i am giving 1 star.
